How does Your Total Wellness (YTW) program work?
YTW is a training program, with all workouts in your home or at a gym. Easy to follow along in your living room or bedroom. It’s realistic for even the busiest lifestyle, with 10 to 20-minute workouts 3 to 5 times a week each week.

It’s low-equipment, using only bodyweight exercises (where your body provides the resistance), a pair of dumbbells, a fit ball and a medicine ball.
